If you want to invite someone to your office for a meeting in the future, it’s super easy. Let’s try it out!

  1. Look for the blue invite button in the upper right of your calendar.

  1. After you click the blue invite button you receive this pop out menu.

  1. Select the date, time, room, and schedule your meeting.

  2. After the meeting is schedule you can also copy the link to share it out.

If your guests click on the link before your event has started, they’ll be greeted with a page similar to this.
