Presenter Mode is great for events where you want to limit distractions from the audience, keep their focus on the content being presented, and run a seamless event. Here’s a few tips:

Enabling Presenter Mode

  1. In your toolbar, look for the option to enable Presenter Mode.

*Note that presenter mode will only be enabled for the room that you are in - not for the entire space (breakout rooms, patio, etc).

  1. Once Presenter Mode is enabled, you and your guests will see Presenter Mode icons in their toolbars.

Presenter Mode Functionality

  1. When Presenter Mode is enabled, your guests ability to turn on their Microphone/Camera and their ability to screenshare is disabled, they will only be allowed to Emote or raise their hand.

Once a guest has raised their hand, you will be prompted to call on them, at which point they can enable their microphone/camera to speak up.

  1. If your guests have their microphone or camera enabled when Presenter Mode is enabled, their microphone/camera will automatically be disabled.

  2. If Spatial Audio has been enabled for the room you’re in, Spatial Audio will automatically be disabled.

Presenter Roles

You can assign presenter roles to attendees. For example, if your event has multiple Guest Speakers throughout the day, you can proactively assign them a Moderator Role, allowing them to share their screen or enable their microphone at any time.

  1. Hover over that persons name in the left toolbar (or above their avatar), and look for the Edit presenter role function.
